These Terms govern use of kerbsideco.com.au and all services provided by Kerbside Co. By booking or signing up you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide outdoor property maintenance including nature strip and lawn mowing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning (single storey only), solar bird netting, sprinkler head installation (hose-tap only), weeding, mulching, and wheelie bin washing across Victoria's western suburbs and nearby areas.
One-off bookings require no account. Payment is charged at booking. A $20 priority fee applies for same/next-day requests.
New members save their payment method at sign-up. No charge until after the first service is completed. Monthly auto-billing then commences.
Members may cancel with 30 days written notice to info@kerbsideco.com.au. No cancellation fees. We may cancel with 7 days notice for non-payment, unsafe behaviour, or repeated inaccessible property.
All prices AUD. 30 days notice of price changes to existing members. Payments processed by Stripe.
You grant access to nominated service areas. Ensure safe access, secure animals, disclose hazards including underground services. $25 failed-access fee may apply without prior notice.
Subject to ACL, liability limited to fees paid in preceding 30 days. Not liable for undisclosed underground infrastructure or pre-existing damage.
Before-and-after photos stored privately in member portal. Marketing use requires separate opt-in. Withdraw consent anytime.

From customers: name, email, phone, property address, payment method (via Stripe — never stored by us), property photos (with consent), access notes. From workers: name, contact, ABN, services offered.
To process bookings, schedule workers, process payments, send confirmations, display photos in your private portal, respond to enquiries. Marketing emails require separate opt-in.
Workers see job address and service type only — never your name, email, phone or payment details. Third-party processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and photo storage), Resend (emails), Vercel (hosting). We never sell your data.
Encrypted transmission, secure authentication, role-based access controls, private photo buckets per customer. Data breach notification within 30 days to you and the OAIC.
Access, correct or delete your information, withdraw marketing consent anytime. Email info@kerbsideco.com.au. Response within 30 days.
